Engineered to Withstand Extreme Weather Conditions

Keeping high-value assets like UAVs protected is often critical in many environments. Leveraging our expertise in providing proven shelter systems we have created the CAMSS 30EX UAV Shelter package. The CAMSS 30EX can withstand extreme temperatures, high winds, and heavy snow loads. Using a quick but effective double zipper vehicle door allows easy access for fixed-wing UAVs with wingpans up to 24 feet.

Cover / Ends

15+ oz/sq yd Mil-Spec 44103D fabric
Includes four (4) sets of two (2) 18” ECU ports with a cable port
Guy ropes for high winds
Can connect multiple shelters end to end with integrated connector flap
Built-in Infrared blocking
Fabric includes UV inhibitors and is mold and rot resistant.
Fire resistant fabric meets NFPA 701
Cover and ends are radio frequency welded

Personnel and Vehicle Doors

All doors secured without zippers, tack stripping, or penetration of the fabric

Frame

Made from lightweight, high-strength aluminum
Frame components are interchangeable and color coded to speed assembly
Base frame pre-drilled for easy anchoring
Base frame includes connection points to secure cover to frame
End base includes patented pulley tensioning system to tighten cover
Removable end base frame to allow vehicles full access through vehicle doors

Fabric Floor

Includes a Mil-Spec 44103D floor system that is secured to base frame
Continuous hook and loop perimeter for vector proofing

Extreme Temperature Kit

Shelter includes an internal liner system that helps to maintain internal working conditions of 40° – 80° F in ambient temperatures of -25° to 125° F when supported by four military 5-Ton environmental control units
Four (4) air socks with spot cooling
8 oz/sq yd Mil-Spec liner fabric
Liner is flame resistant per test method ASTM D6413
- After flame – 2 seconds max
- Char length – 6” max

Shelter System includes complete internal electrical system
Three phase electrical panel
