The CAMSS 20EX8 Containerized Deployment Kitchen (CDK) Shelter is designed for immediate worldwide deployment and measures 20’ wide by 8’ long. Weighing in at under 400 pounds, the CDK Shelter provides maximum portability while remaining a complete durable system that is quick to assemble on to your existing CDK. A CDK is often the first kitchen to hit the front lines until more extensive facilities, such as the CAMSS KSS, can be established. The CAMSS CDK Shelter is provides added protection for the serving line and the kitchen itself.

Shelter includes an internal liner system that helps to maintain internal working conditions of 40° – 80° F in ambient temperatures of -25° to 125° F when supported by a 5-Ton military environmental control unit
Air sock runs the length of the shelter and has spot cooling
