Background
With major resort construction underway additional local housing was required to reduce expenses in worker transportation. CAMSS Shelters worked with the resort company to provide a temporary camp facility to house workers and save money and time in the construction project.
Solution
CAMSS custom camp layout, complete with recreation areas, dining facilities, and shower/latrine facilities. The shelters included a reflective insulated layer to keep the shelter cool under the tropical sun.
Success
The custom construction worker camp provided by CAMSS was used for a total 6 years on the original resort and other later construction projects.
