Larger, wider and taller—the CAMSS80EXT120 is the new generation of our EX+ series that shelters the needs for any mission. This shelter is engineered to strike only using manpower, included tools and hand-crank lifts to be built strong to last. The 80EXT provides 9600 square feet for any of your maintenance needs. The CAMSS80EXT120 is often used for large vehicle maintenance and warehousing with easy access with its vertical lift doors on each end measuring 30’ W by 15’ H.

Cover / End Panels

24oz/sq yd Mil-Spec 44103D fabric

Can connect multiple shelters end to end with integrated connector flap
Built-in infrared (IR) blocking
Fabric includes UV inhibitors and is mold and rot resistant
Fire resistant fabric that meets NFPA 701
Cover and ends are radio frequency welded

Personnel Entries

Two (2) aluminum personnel doors (30”W x 80” H)
- Locking flush mount handle
- Secured to the shelter without penetration of the fabric

Vehicle Entries

One vertical lift door 30’ W x 15’ H on each end of shelter, for a total of two (2) vertical lift doors
- Electric operation in under 1 minute with manual backup
- Vehicle doors install in 2 hours
- 17oz/sq yd Mil-Spec 44103D fabric
- Secured to the shelter without penetration of fabric

Frame

Made from lightweight, high strength aluminum
Can be assembled without heavy equipment
Frame components are interchangeable
Designed for incremental lifting method to maintain highest safety of crew
All main arches fasting and bolting of main frame is capable of on ground completion to assure properly connected and torqued fasteners and bolts
Main arches raise into the air simultaneously with horizontal purlins to assure the stability of the frame during erection for safety
Pre-drilled frame for easy assembly and anchoring
Frame has connection points to secure cover to frame
Frame is corrosion resistant
Vertical and horizontal aluminum bracing in end-walls
End base includes patented pulley tensioning system to tighten cover
Tools for lifting and erecting the main arches are included with the shelter system

Liner

Shelter includes an internal liner system that helps to maintain internal working conditions
Air socks in the shelter provide improved air circulation
Liner is flame resistant per test method ASTM D6413
- After flame- 2 seconds max
- Char length- 6” max

One (1) three phase electrical panel
- 125 AMP, 208 Volts, 60 Hertz
- 60 AMP Main breaker
- Four (4) twist lock cable connectors
